7-Day Exchange & Return Policy At NEOHUB, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +961 81 996055 or email us at contactus@neohub.store for immediate assistance.
- Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange for eligible items.
- Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange or refund, items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags intact, and in their original unopened packaging.
- Damaged or Faulty Goods: Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Exchange Fees: For exchanges requested due to a change of mind (non-defective items), a standard $5 delivery fee will apply to cover courier costs for small items
- Non-Exchangeable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal care products, custom orders, or items marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds for defective items will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5–10 business days.
